Sticks, Pricks & Prayer

We continue our journey this week getting a little closer to our official first procedure. Still in the midst of details, we are now using that box of medications that I posted a picture of last time. 

It is kind of like a morning science project at our house, mixing up the needed and prescribed medication to encourage my insides to generate what's needed for the first procedure that we hope will happen next week.  Josh is the in-house medicine tech which is helpful for me and fun for him!

Words of encouragement and prayers continue to surround us. On Sunday evening the pastoral team we work with at LifePoint spent time praying with and for us as we began this big week. It's hard to describe but this was such a beautiful moment. I want to also say it was weird to sit in a room and be praying that our hopes for a baby become reality but it was also incredible. I suppose it is weird because it is not something I grew up imaging doing but here we are. But incredible that we can share this part of our hearts and lives with people who love us! 

We still don't know what the outcome will be, but we continue to hope and revel in the prayers and words of encouragement that so many of you have shared.
